The heat treatment plant is a state of the art plant having 2Nos. of Electrically Heated Sealed Retort Pit Type Gas Carburizing Furnace having 1 Ton charge capacity each.

The case hardening of the components is done upto 1.5 mm of case depth depending upon the area of application & the sizes of the components.

Polymer quenching is done afterwards and then stress relieving is done in 2 nos. of Induction based tempering furnaces having 600 kg charge capacity each.

The whole process is strictly monitored to get the best results.
